Refresh: Internet Art in the Digital Age Part 2

We are very excited to inform you that the second instalment of Remote’s new project, Refresh: Internet Art in the Digital Age curated by Chelsea Pettitt, is now available to view.

For this part of the project curator Chelsea Pettitt has chosen the work of Toronto based artist Lorna Mills.

"Lorna Mills started out as a computer programmer for children’s games in 1994 and has since expanded into web-based programming. Mills is a founding member of both the artist collective Persona Volare and Red Head Gallery – both based in Toronto.

Although well-known for incorporating collage through moving images in the form of gifs [graphics interchange
format] Mills also makes large scale installations and video works."

We invite you take a moment out of your busy schedules to enjoy the works of Lorna Mills and to view this exciting on-going project curated by Chelsea Pettitt.
