The Nathaniel Hughson Gallery presents Encoding of Quiet Noises, works by Hosanna Salembier, exhibited from February 6 to March 1, 2014. Encoding of Quiet Noises A series of oil paintings composed of smaller groups defining themselves by patterns of space and varying levels of detailing.
Pivoting from the knuckle creating minutely ornamental totemic streams of faces, plant and animal symbols. Emerging into a looser grid mimicking haunting, colourful renditions of earlier characters.
